We wanted to create a modern yet elegant interior and with it’s exceptional open plan space, we knew that the target buyer would want to show off the space in this home.

History of the house

The brief:

This home is a classic example of our team using a monochromatic colour palette to elevate a space. The contemporary furniture and décor elements were selected with the ideal buyer in mind, due to the location and style of the home, a first home buyer was chosen as the ideal buyer.

Challenge:

We wanted to create a modern yet elegant interior and with it’s exceptional open plan space, we knew that the target buyer would want to show off the space in this home.

Solution:

Large scale custom painted artwork was hung on the home’s tall walls to emphasise the ceiling height. Our goal was to create a space that inspires and captivates – and we believe that the furniture and décor selections as well as the works of art, this was achieved.
