This new Hamptons-style forever home built in 2019 is set on a beautiful allotment with a sparkling in-ground pool and leafy views across the treetops out to the sky, situated just 5km to the Brisbane CBD. With our target buyer in mind – a family of 4 looking for their forever-home, this home was situated perfectly to schools, parks and universities. As part of our research, we needed a cohesive colour scheme to add light and space to the home while remaining cosy and modern. We chose a twist on the Hamptons. This was an integration of the homeowners furniture as well as our own, which is always an added challenge. However, being leaders in the industry, we knew we could select furniture based on our homeowner’s lifestyle that would perfectly suit the new buyer too. So it was obvious to us to make it cosier, yet sophisticated. With a large fireplace we wanted to ensure that it was the centrepiece of the home as soon as you stepped into the living area.
